Terms of payment

As of July 1, 2008

 

Pre-payment of Cemetery interment rights requires a 15% deposit with payment terms up to a maximum of one year without interest or penalty. After the terms have expired, interest will be applied to the account in the amount of 15% per annum. Should cemetery accounts fall into arrears with the cemetery supplies and services remaining unused, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract, refund any existing payments less an administration fee as set out in the current Tariff and sell the Rights for said lot to another purchaser. 

No memorialization or foundation will be permitted until all owing charges on the account have been paid in full.

Terms of payment

As of July 1, 2008

Pre-payment of Cemetery interment rights requires a 15% deposit with payment terms up to a maximum of one year without interest or penalty. After the terms have expired, interest will be applied to the account in the amount of 15% per annum. Should cemetery accounts fall into arrears with the cemetery supplies and services remaining unused, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract, refund any existing payments less an administration fee as set out in the current Tariff and sell the Rights for said lot to another purchaser.

No memorialization or foundation will be permitted until all owing charges on the account have been paid in full.
