The following crypt prices include Perpetual Care. Lot prices are broken down as follows:

• Perpetual Care: 40%
• General Fund: 60%

The charges for the installation of a private flower bed, where permitted, are included in those prices for lots allowing an upright marker.

The scattering/placing of remains in the designated locations are forever irretrievable. Before this can take place we require a signed permission letter which explains the process. For further questions regarding scattering, please contact the main office.

Niche prices do not include the cost and/or installation of bronze wreaths or the cost of inscriptions (for granite fronted niches).

As of July 1, 2008

Pre-payment of Cemetery interment rights requires a 15% deposit with payment terms up to a maximum of one year without interest or penalty. After the terms have expired, interest will be applied to the account in the amount of 15% per annum. Should cemetery accounts fall into arrears with the cemetery supplies and services remaining unused, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract, refund any existing payments less an administration fee as set out in the current Tariff and sell the Rights for said lot to another purchaser. 

No memorialization or foundation will be permitted until all owing charges on the account have been paid in full.
